APAG CaresThis policy describes the public website and contact form currently implemented for APAG Cares.
The website may collect information that visitors choose to submit through the contact form, including name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry type, and message content. Resource Navigator requests are submitted through an external Google Form.
Submitted information is used to respond to volunteer interest, partnership inquiries, general questions, donation inquiries, organizational messages, and Resource Navigator requests.
The contact form is configured for Netlify Forms with a hidden spam-prevention field. Visitors should not submit highly sensitive information through the public form.
The Resource Navigator intake link opens a Google Form. Information submitted through that form is handled through Google's form service and should be limited to what is needed for APAG Cares to understand the request.
This website does not include analytics or advertising cookies by default. If analytics are added later, this policy should be updated before they are used publicly.
Event content supports optional video fields, but no third-party video embeds are active unless a verified event video is added to the site.
Messages may be retained as long as reasonably needed to review and respond to inquiries, maintain records, or coordinate follow-up.
APAG Cares does not sell contact-form information. Information may be shared only when needed to respond to a request, comply with law, or coordinate an appropriate organizational response.
Visitors may contact APAG Cares by email to ask about information they submitted through the website.
The public contact form is intended for general inquiries and should not be used by children to submit personal information without appropriate adult involvement.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, immigration documents, medical records, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through this public website.
